Kickboxing and MMA Fitness

This program is offered two days a week on Tuesday and Thursdays at 5:00pm. It consists of MMA inspired fitness workouts followed by technique and technical drilling in Boxing, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing.

If you are looking for a great workout, this high energy class will give you that euphoria you love after a real good workout. All of our programs focus on a curriculum based approach that accommodates all levels and abilities. While training gets as real as it can be, we understand everyone’s goals are unique.

Our programs are hosted by certified instructors that can meet you where you are at and help you reach your highest potential. For the majority of us, its not about becoming a world champion fighter, its about getting a good workout and learning self-defense life skills along the way.

Our MMA Fitness component provides the perfect balance of a highly physical workout followed by technical drilling to gain the proper proficiency of an MMA athlete.

No Student is ever forced to fight or spar. You have the control to decide if you want to spar and roll live.
